View Dropped or Withdrawn Students

Enrollment Statistics

If a student has been withdrawn or dropped a course they will still have any grades or attendance that has been entered for them available in Enrollment Statistics

To access this information

• Click Course Tools

• Select Classlist

• Click the button for Enrollment Statistics
  

•  This will show you a very long list of roles in the Brightspace system, scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page to the area for Withdrawals
• Click on the Chevron next to the name of the student you want to view and select View Grades
  • ​​​​​​​Note: If you have been using the attendance tool and entered attendance you can additionally view past attendance by clicking View Attendance​​​​​​​

• The column Last Accessed on the table will show the last date a student accessed any page in the course.
