View Dropped or Withdrawn Students

Enrollment Statistics

If a student has been withdrawn or dropped a course they will still have any grades or attendance that has been entered for them available in Enrollment Statistics

To access this information

  • Click Course Tools

  • Select Classlist

 

  • Click the button for Enrollment Statistics
  •  This will show you the number of users enrolled in the course, and the number withdrawn. Scroll below that to the area for Withdrawals
  • Click on the Chevron next to the name of the student you want to view and select View Grades. This will show any work completed for items associated to the grade book and any grades given in the course. 
    • Note: If you have been using the attendance tool and entered attendance you can additionally view past attendance by clicking View Attendance​​​​​​​

  • The column Last Accessed on the table will show the last date a student accessed any page in the course.
