HVCC faculty and staff may request a Brightspace Course Reset when they want to clear all content from their Brightspace course. Please select the Request Service button on the right to submit a course to be reset.
Course Reset returns your course to an empty shell. This means all user data will be deleted and not available in data sets; all activities and content will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Data that is cleared:
- Course activities
- Course files
- User grades
- User progress
- Interaction data
Data that is kept:
- Users enrollments
- Sections and section enrollments
- Course paths or course associations
- Email and Instant Messages to/from course groups
- Activity Feed data
