Printing a Discussion Topic

To view all posts created by students in a topic at one time to either view or print you will need to change the settings of your Discussions page to Grid View.

Switch to Grid View

• Go to Gradable Activities
• Click on Discussions
• On the right side of the screen click on Settings
  
   
• Under Default View select Grid View
  

• Click Save. 
  Note: After you print you will want to navigate back to settings and change back to Reading View to restore your default view.

Printing the Topic 

• Click on the title of the Topic you want to print
  
   
• Select individual posts you or use Select All if you want to print all posts
• Click Print
  
   
• A new window will open with the Print View. From this window you will be able to click Print and either send to a printer or Print to PDF
