The college has licensed Zoom for all employees and students. You may use Zoom to schedule and join meetings and conference calls. 

Install Zoom Cloud Meeting App on an iPad

  • Open App Store
  • Click Search
  • Type “Zoom Cloud Meeting” in search field
  • Look for Zoom Cloud Meetings and select Get

Joining Conference

  • Open Zoom app and touch Join a Meeting
  • Enter provided 9, 10, or 11-digit Meeting ID, type your name, and touch Join
  • You will see yourself and touch join with video
  • Touch Call using Internet Audio
  • You will see participants in conference

Controls When Connected to the Conference

  • Select Switch to Gallery View to toggle layouts
  • When screen is touched, videoconference controls appear
    • Mute/Unmute microphone – Turn microphone on/off
    • Start/Stop video – Turn camera on/off
    • Share content – Share your iPad screen
    • Participants – See list of participants, chat, and invite others
  • To disconnect from conference, touch Leave meeting and select leave meeting again when prompted.
