The college has licensed Zoom for all employees and students. You may use Zoom to schedule and join meetings and conference calls.
Install Zoom Cloud Meeting App on an iPad
- Open App Store
- Click Search
- Type “Zoom Cloud Meeting” in search field
- Look for Zoom Cloud Meetings and select Get
Joining Conference
- Open Zoom app and touch Join a Meeting
- Enter provided 9, 10, or 11-digit Meeting ID, type your name, and touch Join
- You will see yourself and touch join with video
- Touch Call using Internet Audio
- You will see participants in conference
Controls When Connected to the Conference
- Select Switch to Gallery View to toggle layouts
- When screen is touched, videoconference controls appear
- Mute/Unmute microphone – Turn microphone on/off
- Start/Stop video – Turn camera on/off
- Share content – Share your iPad screen
- Participants – See list of participants, chat, and invite others
- To disconnect from conference, touch Leave meeting and select leave meeting again when prompted.
