Please make the following changes to the Videoconference Request Form
Change Form title from Videoconferencing to Zoom Meetings in campus videoconference spaces
Change description to Schedule, test and tech support for Zoom Meetings
Make the following fields Required in addition to current required fields:
- Ticket Description
- Date & Time of Meeting
- Duration
- Zoom Meeting ID
- Zoom Meeting Passcode
- Is this a recurring meeting
- Location
Change TIcket Description field title to Ticket description and Addition information
Change Duration filed title to Meeting duration(estimate in 1 hour increments)
Change field title Meeting Organiser to Zoom Meeting Host (HVCC Employee Name) and make field required
Insert new field after Zoom Meeting Host field titled Alternative Host (HVCC Employee Name) - set field to Not Required
Insert new field after Alternative Host field titled External Meeting Host(Name and email of host if not HVCC Employee) - set field to Not Required
Insert new field after Zoom Meeting Passcode field titled Host Key - make field required
Remove Due Date field
