Office 365 ProPlus is available to all current students. Students have the ability to download and install Microsoft Office 2016 on up to 5 personal devices.
Students may be granted a VDA license, allowing them access to a VDI desktop on a single machine if they meet the following criteria:
- Student must be enrolled in an online or hybrid class.
- Student does not own a personal computer with a Windows operating system and course work requires access to a Windows operating system - OR - the course required Citrix access to non-Microsoft software in previous semesters.
Example: Student is enrolled in an online class that requires course work to be done in Microsoft Access and student owns a Mac.
