Downloading the Zoom Workplace App

Windows

1. Access the Download Center.
2. Under Zoom Workplace for Windows, click Download (32-bit), Download (64-bit), or Download (ARM64).
   Note: View system requirements for more information. 
   The Zoom installer (ZoomInstaller.exe for Windows) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop app. If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
3. Complete the installation process.
   After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
4. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.

MacOS

1. Access the Download Center.
2. Under Zoom Workplace for Mac, click Download for Apple Silicon or Download for Intel, depending on your device.
   The Zoom installer (zoomusInstallerFull.pkg for macOS) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop app. If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
3. Complete the installation process. Learn more about specific details for macOS installations.
   After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
4. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.

Linux

1. Access the Download Center.
2. Under Zoom Workplace for Linux, select a Linux Type and OS Architecture.
3. Click Download.
   The Zoom installer (32-bit/64bit Linux installer) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop app. If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
4. Complete the installation process. Learn more about specific details for Linux installations.
   After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
5. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.

Android

1. Tap the Google Play icon.
2. At the bottom of your screen, tap Apps.
3. In the top-right corner, tap the Search icon.
4. In the search bar, enter Zoom.
5. Once your search results appear, tap Zoom Workplace.
6. Tap Install.
7. Tap Accept to confirm the installation.
   Zoom will start to download on your Android device.
   Note: When the Zoom mobile app finishes the installation, the Zoom app icon will appear on your Home screen.
8. After you finish downloading the Zoom mobile app, you can access and begin using Zoom by the following methods:
   • If you stayed on Zoom’s Google Play page, tap Open.
   • If you exited Google Play, tap the Zoom mobile app icon on your Home screen.

iOS

1. ap the App Store icon.
2. In the bottom-right corner, tap Search.
3. In the search bar, enter Zoom.
4. Once your search results appear, tap Zoom Workplace.
5. Tap GET.
   Zoom will start to download on your iOS device.
   Note: When the Zoom mobile app finishes the installation, the Zoom app icon will appear on your Home screen.
6. After you finish downloading the Zoom mobile app, you can access and begin using Zoom by the following methods:
   • If you stayed on Zoom’s App Store page, tap OPEN.
   • If you exited the App Store, tap the Zoom mobile app icon on your Home screen.
