Granting Credit for a Quiz Question

When there is a question on a test that you need to grant all students credit for to adjust for a question that was badly worded/ambiguous/too difficult the following steps would adjust the scores for students. Those that got the question wrong would have an increase in their grade and those that got the question correct would have no change in their grade. 

• Go to Gradable Activities select Quizzes
• Click the Action Menu for the quiz and select Grade
• From the tab options select Questions
• Select the option to Update all attempts
• Click on the Name of the Question 
• Choose Give to all attempts and put in the number of points to award for that question
• Click Save 
  • In the comment box you can leave a note that all students have been given full credit for both correct and incorrect answers
